افشار شاه احمدی یک شهروند افعانی روز شنبه ۲۰ دی ۱۴۰۴ (۱۰ ژانویه ۲۰۲۶) توسط نیروهای حکومتی در یکی از خیابان های اصفهان بازداشت شد. این شهروند به مدت ۴۰ روز در بازداشتگاه وزارت اطلاعات در شرایط بی خبری مطلق و محرومیت کامل از تماس با خانواده و دنیای خارج نگهداری شد. وی توسط یکی از شعب دادگاه انقلاب اصفهان، از بابت اتهام "مشارکت در آتش زدن کلانتری" به اعدام محکوم شد.
