Noureddin Riahi was a member of the Organization of Iranian People's Fedai Guerrillas before the 1979 Iranian Revolution. In 1971, he was arrested and sentenced to ten years' imprisonment. With the outbreak of the revolution, he was released from prison. In 1979, he became a member of the Central Committee and the Editorial Board of the Revolutionary Workers' Organization of Iran (Rah-e Kargar). His wife, Tahereh Seyed Ahmadi, who was also a supporter of the same organization, was likewise executed.
In September 1982, Noureddin Riahi and his wife were arrested and transferred to Evin Prison, where he was subjected to severe torture. He was executed by firing squad on 24 January 1984 at Evin Prison.
نورالدین ریاحی قبل از انقلاب عضو سازمان چریکهای فدائی خلق بود ودر سال ١٣٥٠دستگیر و به ده سال زندان محکوم شد. وی در سال ١٣٥۷ از زندان آزاد شد و در سال ١٣٥٨ به عضویت کمیته مرکزی و هیأت تحریریه سازمان کارگران انقلابی ایران راه کارگر در آمد. همسرش طاهره سید احمدی که از هواداران همین سازمان بود نیز اعدام شد.
نورالدین ریاحی در شهریور ١٣٦١ به همراه همسرش دستگیر و به زندان اوین منتقل شد و در آنجا تحت شکنجه های شدید قرار گرفت. وی روز چهارم بهمن ١٣٦٢ در زندان اوین تیرباران شد.
