On Sunday, November 19, 2023, Saeedeh Shafiei, a journalist and media activist residing in Tehran, was arrested after appearing at the First Branch of the Sentence Enforcement Court of District 33 in Tehran. She was transferred to Evin Prison to serve her prison sentence. The journalist is currently serving a sentence of 3 years and 7 months.
According to the report, Saeedeh Shafiei's appearance at the First Branch of the Sentence Enforcement Court of District 33 in Tehran followed a prior summons to the court.
It is noteworthy that Saeedeh Shafiei was summoned to Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court for trial at the end of June 2023, after receiving a written notice. She was tried and presented her defense to Iman Afshari on July 3, 2023, and on July 31, 2023, she was sentenced to 3 years and 7 months in prison for the charge of assembly and collusion with the intent to disrupt national security, and 8 months in prison for propaganda activities against the regime. Additionally, as supplementary punishment, she was sentenced to a 2-year ban on leaving the country and a 2-year ban on membership in political, social, and cultural parties, groups, and factions. This verdict was confirmed verbatim on September 13, 2023, by Abbasali Hozan and the court advisor Khosro Khalili Mahdriji, judges of Branch 36 of the Tehran Province Court of Appeals, without a court hearing.
This journalist and literary activist residing in Tehran was arrested on January 22, 2023, by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence. After being transferred to the District 33 Prosecutor's Office in Tehran and being charged, she was moved to Evin Prison and was released on February 7, 2023, after posting bail of 5 billion rials.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز یکشنبه ۲۸ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲، سعیده شفیعی، روزنامه نگار و فعال رسانه ای، ساکن تهران، پس از حضور در شعبه اول اجرای احکام دادسراس ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، بازداشت و برای تحمل حبس تعزیری خود به زندان اوین، منتقل شد. این روزنامه نگار در حال سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری ۳ سال و ۷ ماه خود است.
براساس این گزارش، حضور سعیده شفیعی، در شعبه اول اجرای احکام دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، در پی احضار قبلی وی به آن دادسرا صورت گرفته بود.
لازم به اشاره است، سعیده شفیعی، اواخر خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای کتبی، برای محاکمه به شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران احضار و در تاریخ ۱۲ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، محاکمه و دفاعیات خود را به ایمان افشاری ارائه کرد و در تاریخ ۹ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، از بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور به ۳ سال و ۷ ماه حبس تعزیری، به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام هم به تحمل ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری و بعنوان مجازات تکمیلی هم به ۲ سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور و ۲ سال ممنوعیت عضویت در احزاب، گروه ها و دسته جات سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، محکوم و این رای در تاریخ ۲۲ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط عباسعلی حوزان و مستشار دادگاه خسرو خلیلی مهدریجی، قضات شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران، بدوندتشکیل جلسه دادرسی عینا تائید شد.
این روزنامه نگار و فعال ادبی ساکن تهران، در تاریخ ۲ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران و تفهیم اتهام به زندان اوین منتقل و در تاریخ ۱۸ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۱، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۵۰۰ میلیون تومان آزاد شد.
