On 23 June, Saeed Hasani, a Baha'i citizen residing in Shiraz, was arrested by intelligence officers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and transferred to Adelabad Prison in the city. Reports indicate that officers visited his workplace at approximately 10 a.m. and detained him. Following the arrest, the officers went to his residence, conducted a search, and confiscated several personal and electronic items, including his mobile phone.
Four months after the arbitrary arrest of Saeed Hasani, he remains in Adelabad Prison in Shiraz without any resolution to his legal status and is deprived of the right to temporary release.
روز 2 تیرماه، سعید حسنی، شهروند بهائی ساکن شیراز، توسط مأموران اطلاعات سپاه بازداشت و به زندان عادل آباد این شهر منتقل شد. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که مأموران حدود ساعت 10 صبح به محل کار او مراجعه کرده و وی را بازداشت کردند. پس از بازداشت، مأموران به منزل این شهروند مراجعه کرده و ضمن تفتیش محل، تعدادی از وسایل شخصی و الکترونیکی از جمله تلفن همراه او را ضبط کردند.
با گذشت چهار ماه از بازداشت خودسرانه سعید حسنی، شهروند بهائی ساکن شیراز، وی همچنان به صورت بلاتکلیف در زندان عادل آباد این شهر محبوس بوده و از حق تعیین تکلیف وضعیت قضایی و آزادی موقت محروم است.-
