Reports indicate that a father and daughter were arrested while assisting a girl who had been assaulted in Tehran. They were detained on Sattarkhan Street in Tehran, with the father being transferred to Greater Tehran Prison and the daughter to Qarchak Varamin Prison.
It has been stated that the father has not had any contact with his relatives since his arrest, and the family learned of his whereabouts through inquiries at the prosecutor's office. The daughter has had only a brief contact with her family and expressed concern about her father, who lost his glasses during the arrest.
According to available information, despite the prosecutor's office informing the family to prepare bail, acceptance of documents for their temporary release from prison has been prevented so far.
The father, born in 1943, suffers from age-related illnesses, digestive issues, spinal injuries, and severe hearing loss, requiring the use of a hearing aid. His daughter was born in 1981. Additionally, the father's sister, who has been serving her sentence in the women's ward of Evin Prison since July 2022, is a labour activist and political prisoner.
بر اساس گزارش ها، یک پدر و دختر در جریان کمک به دختری که در تهران مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته بود، بازداشت شدند. این پدر و دختر در خیابان ستارخان تهران بازداشت شده و پس از آن، پدر به زندان تهران بزرگ و دختر به زندان قرچک ورامین منتقل شده اند.
گفته شده است که پدر از زمان بازداشت تاکنون هیچ تماسی با نزدیکان خود نداشته و خانواده پس از پیگیری از طریق دادسرا از محل نگهداری او مطلع شدند. دختر نیز تنها یک تماس کوتاه با خانواده داشته و نسبت به وضعیت پدرش که در زمان بازداشت عینک خود را از دست داده، ابراز نگرانی کرده است.
بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، با وجود اعلام بازپرسی به خانواده مبنی بر آماده کردن وثیقه، تا این لحظه از پذیرش سند برای تودیع قرار وثیقه جهت آزادی موقت آنها از زندان جلوگیری شده است.
پدر متولد ۱۳۲۲ و مبتلا به بیماری های ناشی از کهولت سن و مشکلات گوارشی، آسیب دیدگی مهره های کمر و کم شنوایی شدید است و ملزم به استفاده از سمعک می باشد. دختر او نیز متولد ۱۳۶۰ است. همچنین، خواهر پدر، که از تیرماه ۱۴۰۱ دوران محکومیت خود را در بند زنان زندان اوین سپری می کند، فعال کارگری و زندانی سیاسی است.
