عباس شفوری نیاسر، مهندس شرکت بازرسی مهندسی IEI، اهل کاشان و ساکن قزوین، در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴در جریان اعتراضات خیابانی در روستام آباد استان گیلان کشته شد. وی برای بازدید و تفریح به رودبار سفر کرده بود و در جریان اعتراضات ضد حکومتی با باتوم مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفت و جان باخت.
