Mohammad Abaszadeh, a citizen of Ilam, was sentenced by the Criminal Court of this city to six months and one day in prison and additional penalties. He was also sentenced by the Revolutionary Court of Ilam in another part of his case to one year of suspended imprisonment, seventy-four lashes, and a cash fine. He has been sentenced to imprisonment and other punishments. According to a verdict recently issued by Branch 101 of the Ilam Criminal Court and delivered to this citizen on Thursday, the twentieth of Ordibehesht, Mr. Abbaszadeh has been sentenced to six months and one day in prison, a payment of 24 million Tomans in cash fines, and writing fifty pages of an essay in his own handwriting on the topic of "Consequences of Insulting the Sacred in the Hereafter" for charges of "Insulting the Sacred and Spreading Lies".
According to this report, Mr. Abbaszadeh was previously sentenced by the Revolutionary Court of Ilam for another part of his case due to what is referred to as "Presence in Gatherings and Riots, Singing Anthem for Zeinab Amini, Disturbing Public Minds and Contact with the Opposition" to one year of suspended imprisonment, a payment of five million Tomans in cash fines, and seventy-four lashes.
Mohammad Abbaszadeh was arrested at his home by security forces on the twenty-seventh of Mehr last year and was temporarily released from Ilam prison until the end of the trial stages on the twelfth of Aban of the same year by posting a bail of seven hundred million Tomans.
محمد عباس زاده، شهروند اهل ایلام توسط دادگاه کیفری این شهر به شش ماه و یک روز حبس و مجازات های تکمیلی محکوم شد. وی همچنین در بخش دیگری از پرونده خود، توسط دادگاه انقلاب ایلام به یکسال حبس تعلیقی، هفتاد و چهار ضربه شلاق و جزای نقدی محکوم شده است.
وی به حبس و دیگر مجازات ها محکوم شده است. بر اساس حکمی که اخیرا توسط شعبه ۱۰۱ دادگاه کیفری دو ایلام صادر و روز چهارشنبه بیستم اردیبهشت ماه به این شهروند ابلاغ شده، آقای عباس زاده از بابت اتهامات “توهین به مقدسات و نشر اکاذیب” به شش ماه و یک روز حبس، پرداخت ٢۴ میلیون تومان جزای نقدی و نوشتن پنجاه صفحه مقاله با دست خط خود با موضوع “عواقب توهین به مقدسات در آخرت” محکوم شده است.
بنابر این گزارش، آقای عباس زاده چندی پیش از بابت بخش دیگری از پرونده خود توسط دادگاه انقلاب ایلام به دلیل آنچه “حضور در تجمعات و اغتشاشات، خواندن سرود برای ژینامهسا امینی، تشویش اذهان عمومی و ارتباط با معاند” عنوان شده، به یکسال حبس تعلیقی، پرداخت پنج میلیون تومان جزای نقدی و تحمل هفتاد و چهار ضربه شلاق محکوم شده است.
محمد عباس زاده در تاریخ بیست و هفتم مهرماه سال گذشته در منزل خود توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و در تاریخ دوازدهم آبان ماه همان سال با تودیع قرار وثیقه هفتصد میلیون تومانی به صورت موقت تا پایان مراحل دادرسی از زندان ایلام آزاد شد.
