On 14 September 2006, an individual was arrested at their workplace by security forces and transferred to Evin Prison. Reports indicate that the person was subjected to prolonged solitary confinement and severe physical and psychological torture. It was also reported that the individual and fellow inmates were pressured to confess to armed activities and membership in groups such as PJAK or PKK, but they resisted.
The trial of this individual took place at Branch 30 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court on 30 January 2008. The trial was brief and conducted without effective legal representation or adequate defence rights. The charges included enmity against God through activities for opposition groups, possession and trafficking of weapons, connections with PJAK, and soliciting financial support. A death sentence, along with a ten-year prison term, was issued and upheld by the Supreme Court. The execution was carried out in Evin Prison without prior notice to the family or lawyer, and the body was not returned to the family, with reports suggesting a secret burial.
در تاریخ 23 شهریور 1385، فردی در محل کار خود توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به زندان اوین منتقل شد. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که وی دوره های طولانی در سلول انفرادی و تحت شکنجه های شدید جسمی و روانی قرار گرفته است. همچنین گفته شده است که او و هم بندانش تحت فشار برای اعتراف به فعالیت مسلحانه و عضویت در گروه هایی مانند پژاک یا پی کا کا قرار داشتند، اما مقاومت کردند.
محاکمه این فرد در شعبه 30 دادگاه انقلاب تهران در تاریخ 10 بهمن 1386 برگزار شد. این محاکمه به مدت کوتاهی و بدون حضور وکیل مؤثر و حق دفاع کافی انجام شد. اتهامات شامل محاربه از طریق فعالیت برای گروه های مخالف، نگهداری و قاچاق اسلحه، ارتباط با پژاک و جذب کمک مالی بود. حکم اعدام به همراه 10 سال زندان برای وی صادر و توسط دیوان عالی کشور تأیید شد. اعدام بدون اطلاع قبلی خانواده و وکیل در زندان اوین اجرا شد و جسد به خانواده تحویل داده نشد و گفته شده است که به صورت مخفیانه دفن شده است.
