On Sunday, September 17, 2023, Jalveh Javaheri, a women's rights activist, along with Matin Yazdani, a civil activist, who were detained and held in Lakan Prison in Rasht, the capital of Gilan Province, were released on bail after the completion of interrogations and being informed of their charges.
Kaveh Mozaffari, the husband of Jalveh Javaheri, announced this news and explained: "With the completion of administrative procedures, Jalveh Javaheri was released from Lakan Prison in Rasht on bail (property deed) valued at 5 billion Rials, but they did not inform us about her charges."
Additionally, on the same day, Matin Yazdani and Zahra Dadras were also released on bail after the completion of interrogations, but there is no information about the specific charges and the amount of bail set for these two individuals.
It should be noted that Matin Yazdani, Zahra Dadras, and Jalveh Javaheri were arrested on August 16, 2023, by agents of the Gilan Province Intelligence Department. After their homes were searched and some of their personal belongings, such as mobile phones, laptops, etc., were confiscated, they were transferred to the detention center of that security agency for the formation of a judicial case and further investigations.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از شبکه شرق، امروز یکشنبه ۲۶ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، جلوه جواهری ـ فعال حقوق زنان به همراه متین یزدانی ـ فعال مدنی، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان لاکان شهر رشت مرکز استان گیلان، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شدند.
کاوه مظفری، همسر جلوه جواهری، ضمن اعلام این خبر در تشریح آن گفت:”امروز با طی اقدامات اداری، جلوه جواهری به قید وثیقه (سند ملکی) به ارزش ۵۰۰ میلیون تومان، از زندان لاکان رشت آزاد شد اما درباره اتهامات او اما به ما چیزی نگفتند.”
همچنین، امروز متین یزدانی و زهرا دادرس هم پس از اتمام بازجویی ها با قید وثیقه آزاد شدند اما در مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات و میزان وثیقه تودیع شده برای این ۲ نفر اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، متین یزدانی، زهرا دادرس و جلوه جواهری، در تاریخ ۲۵ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات استان گیلان، دستگیر و پس از تفتیس منازل و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی آنها از قبیل گوشی تلفن همراه، لپ تاپ و غیره، برای تشکیل پرونده قضایی و انجام تحقیقات به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی منتقل شده بودند.
