On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, Fardin Mostafaei, a Telegram activist residing in the city of Saqqez, Kurdistan Province, was arrested by security forces in that city.
According to an informed source in a conversation with a human rights reporter in Iran: "Security forces arrested Fardin Mostafaei, a media activist, by raiding a café-restaurant in Saqqez where he was present."
As of the time of this report, there is no information about the legal basis for the charges, the legal process of the case, or the whereabouts of Fardin Mostafaei.
It is worth mentioning that Fardin Mostafaei is the manager of the Telegram channel "Saqqez Rudaw."
This resident of Saqqez faced legal proceedings in 2023 due to his activities in cyberspace and was accused of "spreading falsehoods with the intent to disturb public opinion."
On Monday, September 30, 2024, Fardin Mostafaei, a journalist and Telegram activist, who was detained and held in temporary custody, was released on bail after undergoing interrogation procedures until the completion of the trial process.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۲۸ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۳، فردین مصطفایی، فعال تلگرامی، ساکن شهرستان سقز از توابع استان کردستان، توسط ماموران امنیتی در آن شهرستان، دستگیر شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”ماموران امنیتی در حالی که فردین مصطفایی، در یکی از کافه رستوران های شهرستان سقز بود با یورش به آن مکان این فعال رسانه ای را بازداشت کردند.”
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات، روند حقوق پرونده و از مکان نگهداری فردین مصطفایی، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به ذکر است، فردین مصطفایی، مدیر کانال تلگرامی«سقز روداو» است.
این شهروند ساکن شهرستان سقز، در سال ۱۴۰۲ به علت فعالیت در فضای مجازی، با پرونده سازی قضایی مواجه و با اتهام«نشر اکاذیب به قصد تشویش اذهان عمومی» مواجه شده بود.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز دوشنبه ۹ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۳، فردین مصطفایی، روزنامه نگار، فعال تلگرامی، محبوس و در بازداشت موقت، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها با تودیع قرار تامین کیفری تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شد.
