On Wednesday, June 17, 2025, Feyzollah Azarnoush, a resident of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, was arrested by security forces in that city.
According to an informed individual in a conversation with a human rights reporter in Iran: "Mr. Azarnoush, after undergoing interrogation and being charged on June 23, 2025, was transferred to the central prison of Yasuj."
This informed individual added regarding the charges against Feyzollah Azarnoush: "Mr. Azarnoush is facing charges such as 'propaganda against the regime' and 'insulting the leadership.'"
The arrest and judicial case against Feyzollah Azarnoush occurred while Pedram Azarnoush, the son of Feyzollah Azarnoush, died after being shot by security forces during the nationwide protests of 2022 in the city of Dehdasht.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۲۸ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، فیض الله آذرنوش، ساکن استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در آن شهر، دستگیر شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”آقای آذرنوش، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در تاریخ ۲ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۴، به زندان مرکزی شهر یاسوج منتقل شده است.”
این فرد مطلع در خصوص اتهامات منتسب شده به فیض الله آذرنوش افزود:”آقای آذرنوش با اتهاماتی از قبیل «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» و «توهین به رهبری» مواجه شده است.”
دستگیری و پرونده سازی قضایی بر علیه فیض الله آذرنوش، در حالی صورت گرفته که پدرام آذرنوش ـ فرزند فیض الله آذرنوش، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱، بر انثر اصابت گلوله شلیک شده از سوی نیروهای امنیتی ـ انتظامی در شهرستان دهدشت جان باخت.
