On Tuesday, 29 September 2026, the fourth and final hearing for the charges against Artin Ghazanfari, a Baha'i citizen, was held in Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Abolqasem Salavati. Mr. Ghazanfari attended the session with his lawyer and defended himself against the charges.

Reports indicate that Artin Ghazanfari, a Bahá'í citizen and photojournalist residing in Tehran, was arrested by government forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran at his private residence. Government agents conducted a search of his home for several hours and confiscated his electronic devices, books, and personal and work equipment.

It has been reported that this citizen was previously arrested in January 2010, along with several other Bahá'í citizens.

گزارش شده است که این شهروند پیش تر نیز در دی ماه ۱۳۸۸ همراه با تعدادی دیگر از شهروندان بهائی بازداشت شده بود.
