طی روزهای جنگ میان ایران آمریکا و اسرائیل قرار بود دانیال با قید وثیقه و بصورت موقت آزاد شود اما با کارشکنی ها و غیبت قاضی این امر تا سال ۱۴۰۵ به تعویق افتاد که به گفته نزدیکانش برای این بوده که دانیال هجده ساله شود و به زندان انتقال یابد. قابل ذکر است که، فیلم اعترافات اجباری این زندانی در صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران پخش شده است. در اعترافات منتشرشده در صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران، این شهروند در پی حمله به یک مأمور بازداشت شده است و طی اعتراف اجباری گفته است که با انداختن مامور به زمین و زدن میله به سر او ضربه زده است.
During the days of conflict between Iran, the United States, and Israel, Danial was supposed to be temporarily released on bail. However, due to obstructions and the judge’s absence, this was postponed until late March 2026. According to those close to him, the delay was intended to ensure that Danial would turn eighteen and be transferred to prison.
It is worth noting that a video of this prisoner’s forced confession was broadcast on the state television of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In the confessions aired by Iran’s state broadcaster, this citizen was said to have been arrested following an attack on an officer. In his forced statement, he claimed that he knocked the officer to the ground and struck his head with a metal rod.
