Reports indicate that after her arrest at Behesht Zahra in Tehran, Mitra Ghasemi was transferred to Qarchak Prison in Varamin, where she is still being held. It has been reported that she has had only two phone calls in recent days, and there are difficulties regarding her temporary release.
On 29 October, 17 individuals were arrested during the funeral of Armita Geravand and transferred to Evin and Qarchak prisons.
