Reports indicate that Solmaz Hasan Zadeh, a political detainee held in Urmia Central Prison, was released on bail on 13 August 2024 after undergoing interrogation and being formally charged. Her release was secured with a bail amount of 500 million tomans following the charging process during the investigation phase.
It is reported that despite her release on bail, there is no information available regarding the specific legal charges brought against her.
Solmaz Hasan Zadeh was arrested on 30 July 2024, along with her father, Ahmad Hasan Zadeh, following a raid by security forces on her family's home in the city of Bukan. They were subsequently transferred to Urmia Central Prison.
Previously, on 5 September 2023, Solmaz Hasan Zadeh and her father were summoned by phone to the Intelligence Office in Bukan for questioning. Additionally, on 27 September 2023, she was arrested by security forces in the same city and released after undergoing interrogation.
براساس گزارش ها، سولماز حسن زاده، متهم سیاسی محبوس در زندان مرکزی ارومیه، در تاریخ ۲۳ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳ پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد. آزادی او با وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۵۰۰ میلیون تومان و پس از تفهیم اتهام در مرحله بازپرسی انجام شد.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که علیرغم آزادی با وثیقه، اطلاعاتی درباره مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات تفهیم شده به وی در دست نیست.
سولماز حسن زاده در تاریخ ۹ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳ پس از یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزل خانواده اش در شهرستان بوکان، به همراه پدرش احمد حسن زاده دستگیر و به زندان مرکزی ارومیه منتقل شده بود.
پیش از این، در تاریخ ۱۴ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، سولماز حسن زاده به همراه پدرش به صورت تلفنی به اداره اطلاعات شهرستان بوکان احضار و تحت بازجویی قرار گرفته بود. همچنین، در تاریخ ۵ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، او توسط نیروهای امنیتی در همان شهرستان بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی آزاد شده بود.
