Mohammad (Naser) Daleh, originally from Zangabad village and residing in Shinabad, West Azerbaijan Province, and a political prisoner held in Naqadeh County Prison, has been transferred to Maku Prison. This transfer was carried out to serve another part of the custodial sentence issued by the Revolutionary Court.
Mohammad (Naser) Daleh was arrested by security forces on 26 August 2022 and taken to the Intelligence Office detention centre in Piranshahr County. He was then transferred to the Intelligence Office detention centre in Urmia for further investigation and interrogation, and eventually moved to Naqadeh County Prison.
During the trial, Mohammad (Naser) Daleh was prosecuted by the Revolutionary Court of Mahabad County and sentenced to three years of custodial imprisonment on charges related to collaboration with Kurdish opposition parties. Two years of this imprisonment are to be served in exile at Maku County Prison.
محمد (ناصر) داله، اهل روستای زنگ آباد و ساکن شین آباد در استان آذربایجان غربی و زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان شهرستان نقده، به زندان ماکو منتقل شد. این انتقال به منظور اجرای بخش دیگری از حکم حبس تعزیری صادر شده توسط دادگاه انقلاب انجام شده است.
محمد (ناصر) داله در تاریخ 4 شهریور 1401 توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات شهرستان پیرانشهر منتقل شد. سپس برای تکمیل مراحل تحقیق به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات ارومیه منتقل و تحت بازجویی قرار گرفت و در نهایت به زندان شهرستان نقده منتقل شد.
در جریان دادرسی، محمد (ناصر) داله توسط دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان مهاباد محاکمه و به اتهاماتی مرتبط با همکاری با احزاب کرد مخالف نظام به تحمل 3 سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد که 2 سال از این حبس در تبعید به زندان شهرستان ماکو است.
