According to the notification issued by the Yasouj Revolutionary Court, which was sent to him through the electronic notification system of the Judiciary SANA , this civil activist must, on February 24, 2024, present his defense for the charge collaboration with a hostile foreign state against the Islamic Republic cooperation with a foreign hostile group against the regime of the Elamite Republic of Iran , participation in the formation and management of the internal group for the purpose of propaganda activity against the regime and propaganda activity against the regime to appear in the Yasouj Revolutionary Court branch.

In August 1402, after receiving a notice, this civil activist submitted his summons and defenses to the investigation session, and in October, he was accused by the investigator of the Yasouj Tafhim Prosecutor's Office.

He was arrested on September 21, 2022 during nationwide protests in Yasuj, and after being interrogated and charged on November 6, 2022, he was released on bail. He was arrested and after being transferred to the detention centre of that security agency and during the process of interrogation and clarification of the charges, he was finally released 8 days later by posting a surety in the amount of 60 million Tomans.

۵ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، تاریخ و زمان دادرسی به پرونده وی مشخص شد. براساس ابلاغیه صادره توسط دادگاه انقلاب یاسوج که از طریق سامانه ابلاغ الکترونیک قوه قضائیه ثنا به وی ارسال شده این فعال مدنی باید در تاریخ مذکور جهت ارائه دفاعیاتش از بابت اتهام همکاری با دوُوَل خارجی متخاصم علیه جمهوری اسلامی ـ همکاری با گروه متخاصم خارجی علیه نظام جمهوری ایلامی ایران ، مشارکت در تشکیل و اداره گروه داخلی به منظور فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام در شعبه دادگاه انقلاب یاسوج حاضر شود.

این فعال مدنی در مرداد۱۴۰۲ با دریافت ابلاغیه ای به جلسه بازپرسی احضار و دفاعیات خود را ارائه کرد و در مهر ماه هم توسط بازپرس دادسرای یاسوج تفهیم اتهام شده بود.

وی در تاریخ ۳۰ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۱، در جریان برگزاری اعترضات سراسری در یاسوج بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام در تاریخ ۱۵ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد اما چند روز بعد در پی احضار مجدد به اداره اطلاعات یاسوج، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه آن ارگان امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام در نهایت ۸ روز بعد با تودیع کفالتی به مبلغ ۶۰ میلیون تومان آزاد شد.
