Amir Mehdi Jafari, a young man from Karaj, was arrested after the fortieth-day memorial ceremony for Hadis Najafi held on November 3, 2022, and was charged with moharebeh (“enmity against God”) during proceedings before the Alborz Province Revolutionary Court.
