رسول بادپران شهروند کُرد اهل کرمانشاه ۴۱ ساله و پدر یک فرزند خردسال راننده تاکسی ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات مردمی شهر الوند قزوین با تیراندازی نیروهای نظامیامنیتی جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد. پیکر وی ۲۱ دی ماه در «بهشت فاطمیه» شهر الوند به خاک سپرده شد.
