Seyed Ali Seyedi, born on 14 September 1997, was killed during protests in Parand on 26 October 2022. He was struck by two pellet bullets at close range to his back and the back of his head. Ali Seyedi died during the fortieth-day commemoration of Mahsa Amini in Parand. Reports indicate that he was fleeing when he twisted his ankle, after which officers reportedly beat him with a stun gun and baton. Another officer then shot him at close range, causing severe damage to his internal organs. Bystanders transported him to a clinic and hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries.
It has been reported that his family was informed that they would receive his body only if they agreed not to file a complaint against the police. They were also asked not to publicise the incident. Ali Seyedi's death certificate stated that the pellet bullet wounds caused extensive internal bleeding and haemorrhagic shock. His body was handed over to his family in the presence of plainclothes officers.
During the burial ceremony, mourning was not permitted, and the event was conducted swiftly with the presence of security forces. A banner and memorial set up by his family at the entrance of their street were removed by officers.

گفته شده است که به خانواده او اعلام شد که جسد را به شرطی تحویل می دهند که تعهد دهند شکایتی از نیروی انتظامی نخواهند داشت. همچنین از آن ها خواسته شد که اطلاع رسانی نکنند. در گواهی فوت علی سیدی آمده است که اصابت گلوله ساچمه ای باعث خونریزی وسیع داخلی و شوک هموروژیک شده است. پیکر او با حضور نیروهای لباس شخصی به خانواده اش تحویل داده شد.
در مراسم خاکسپاری، اجازه عزاداری داده نشد و مراسم به سرعت و با حضور نیروهای امنیتی برگزار شد. بنر و حجله ای که خانواده اش در سر کوچه قرار داده بودند، توسط ماموران جمع آوری شد.
