On February 23, 2024, Kamran Rezaei Far was sentenced to five years of imprisonment on charges of assembly and collusion with the intent to disrupt national security through connections with the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran.
Additionally, on September 12, 2023, Kamran Rezaei Far was arrested and transferred to Evin Prison, including sections 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence and section 2A of the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. After undergoing interrogation and being formally charged, he was eventually moved to Ward 4 of Evin Prison. He had been sentenced to death in the preliminary stage of the court in November 2021.

همچنین، در تاریخ ۲۱ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، کامران رضایی فر بازداشت و پس از انتقال به زندان اوین و بندهای ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات و بند ۲ الف سازمان اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در نهایت به اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین، منتقل شد. وی در آبان ۱۴۰۰ در مرحله ابتدائی دادگاه به اعدام محکوم شده بود.
