وفا کاشفی، شهروند بهائی ساکن مشهد، همچنان در زندان وکیل آباد این شهر به صورت بلاتکلیف به سر می برد. از زمان بازداشت وی تاکنون رسیدگی مؤثر و نتیجه بخشی به پرونده او صورت نگرفته است. گزارش شده است که علیرغم تعیین و فراهم کردن وثیقه توسط خانواده، امکان آزادی موقت او با تودیع وثیقه فراهم نشده است. وفا کاشفی در تاریخ ۱ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۵ پس از مراجعه به دادسرای مشهد بازداشت و به زندان وکیل آباد منتقل شد. وی پیش از این نیز در تاریخ ۲۱ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در منزل شخصی خود بازداشت و پس از حدود یک هفته با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شده بود. اطلاعاتی درباره دلایل بازداشت، اتهامات مطروحه و امکان دسترسی این شهروند به وکیل در دسترس نیست.
