On the morning of Thursday, 7 Aban 1405 (29 October 2026), IRGC intelligence forces raided the family home of Mohammadreza Tarkjoush in Malekshahi without presenting any judicial warrant and arrested him.
Mohammadreza Tarkjoush, the breadwinner and sole guardian of his family, has been responsible for providing for the living expenses and care of his elderly and ill parents, as well as taking care of his sisters. Following a raid by security forces and his subsequent arrest, his elderly mother suffered a stroke and is currently hospitalised in the intensive care unit.
