بر اساس گزارش ها محمدسپهر شه بخش ساکن مشهد و بارتندر و باریستا روز ۲۶ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در خیابان طوس این شهر توسط ماموران امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی بازداشت شد.
یک منبع مطلع گفته است: «پس از زمان اعتراضات دیگر هیچ خبری از او نداریم و تلفن همراهش خاموش است. هیچ کدام از دوستان و همکارانش از وضعیت او اطلاعی ندارند و فقط می دانیم که بازداشت شده است.»
به گفتهٔ این منبع وی از زمان بازداشت تاکنون هیچ تماسی با خانواده یا اطرافیان او نتوانسته برقرار کند و محل نگهداری و نهاد بازداشت کنندهٔ وی نیز مشخص نیست.
این منبع افزود که بی خبری مطلق از وضعیت این جوان باعث افزایش نگرانی خانواده دوستان و همکاران او شده و پیگیری ها برای کسب اطلاع از سرنوشت وی ادامه دارد.
