فائزه براهویی، دختری ۲۴ ساله است که با شروع اعتراضات سراسری پس از قتل مهسا [ژینا] امینی، هم نوا با معترضان، در صفحه اینستاگرام خود نیز پست های اعتراضی را باز نشر می کرد.
او اخبار قتل مهسا و دختر پانزده ساله بلوچ (ماهو) را که بوسیله فرمانده نیروی انتظامی در چاه بهار مورد تجاوز قرار گرفته بود مرتب باز نشر می کرد.
فائزه تنها دو بار در اعترضات خیابانی شرکت کرد. شب دوم یعنی در ۳۱شهریور، پس از پایان اعتراضات توسط ماشین لباس شخصی و ماموران اطلاعات تعقیب و بازداشت می شود. فائزه بیش از پنجاه روز را در بازداشتگاه و بعد هم زندان زاهدان گذراند.او را با سه اتهام «حضور در اغتشاشات و برهم زدن امنیت ملی»، «فراخوان به اغتشاش» و «توهین به رهبری» محاکمه کردند.
به او گفتند با عفو رهبری، حکم او از اعدام شکسته شده و تبدیل به سه سال و شش ماه زندان شده است. فائزه به این حکم اعتراض کردو در نهایت با وثیقه تا زمان دادگاه تجدیدنظر آزاد شد. سرانجام این دختر جوان بلوچ بعد از ۵۰ روز بازداشت، در ۲۵آبان آزاد شد.
فائزه براهویی در نهایت، در پی تشدید وضعیت ناامن اجتماعی و سیاسی، همچنین مواجهه با حکم حبس، ایران را ترک کرد و قدم به جهان پناهجویی گذاشت.

Faeze Barahouyi is a 24 years old Baluch girl who joined the public protests following the murder of Mahsa (Jina) Amini actively. She was republishing the news about Mahsa and also the news about the rape case of 15 years old Baluch girl (Mahoo) by a police commander in Chabahar.
She just attend twice in the street protests. On September 22, 2022 while she was protesting for second time she was arrested by the undercover secret service personnel and for more than fifty days she was kept in detention centre and prison. She was prosecuted for three charges, " disturbing the national security by attending the protests", "calling for the protests" and " insulting the leader". She was told that with the pardoning of the leader her sentence was reduced to 3 years and 6 months imprisonment instead of the execution. She was freed by bail on October 23, 2022. Because of the insecure social and political condition of the country and possibility of going to prison she left Iran and became refugee.
