On 26 November, the lifeless body of Atefeh Naeimi, a woman associated with the "Woman, Life, Freedom" movement, was discovered in her apartment in the Azimiyeh neighbourhood of Karaj. Her body was found on the balcony under a blanket, with a hose connected to a gas valve near her mouth, showing signs of decomposition.
A detailed report from the coroner regarding the cause of Atefeh Naeimi's death has not yet been issued. She has been buried in Behesht Abad, Ahvaz.
