The Mizan News Agency, affiliated with the judiciary, reported on the morning of Saturday, January 24, that two men had been executed. These two prisoners, identified as Amanj Karavanchi and Arsalan Sheikhi, were sentenced to death on charges of "membership in the ISIS group" and "participation in a bus bombing."
According to a report previously published by the Etemad newspaper website, these two men, along with a woman named Nasimeh Eslamzahi, were arrested on September 6, 2023, and sentenced to death.
These three prisoners were sentenced to death during trials held in late September and mid-December 2025.
