Reports indicate that Alireza Ramazani was released from Chubin Dar Prison in Qazvin on 20 July 2023 after posting bail. His release was secured with a bail amount of 500 million tomans. It has been stated that Alireza Ramazani was charged by the Qazvin Prosecutor's Office with insulting religious sanctities.
Alireza Ramazani was arrested by security forces in Tehran on 9 July 2023 and subsequently transferred to Chubin Dar Prison in Qazvin.
In early Mehr of the previous year, Alireza Ramazani was arrested in Qazvin and in Khordad 1402, he was sentenced by the Qazvin Revolutionary Court to one year of imprisonment and two years of exile to Borazjan on charges of propaganda against the regime. This sentence was issued despite him having been pardoned in Bahman of the previous year.
Alireza Ramazani is a former university lecturer.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که علیرضا رمضانی در تاریخ 29 تیر 1402 با تودیع وثیقه از زندان چوبیندر قزوین آزاد شد. آزادی او با وثیقه پانصد میلیون تومانی انجام شده است. اعلام شده که علیرضا رمضانی توسط دادسرای قزوین به اتهام توهین به مقدسات تفهیم اتهام شده است.
علیرضا رمضانی در تاریخ 18 تیر 1402 توسط نیروهای امنیتی در تهران بازداشت و سپس به زندان چوبیندر قزوین منتقل شده بود.
در اوایل مهر سال گذشته، علیرضا رمضانی در قزوین بازداشت و در خرداد 1402 توسط دادگاه انقلاب قزوین به اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام به یک سال حبس تعزیری و دو سال تبعید به برازجان محکوم شده بود. این حکم در حالی صادر شده بود که وی در بهمن سال گذشته مشمول عفو شده بود.
