On November 14, 2025, it was reported that Hassan Vadaei Pour Naseri, approximately 38 years old, from Shush Danial in Khuzestan Province, a political prisoner held in Vakilabad Central Prison in Mashhad, has been transferred to solitary confinement in recent days.
A knowledgeable source reported that the transfer to solitary confinement followed an order from the head of Vakilabad Prison's security and occurred after the political prisoner made a phone call from prison to inquire about the self-immolation of Ahmad Baledi, a citizen who self-immolated in Ahvaz. After being moved to solitary confinement, he has been deprived of the right to make phone calls and even meet with his family.
It is noteworthy that in April 2012, Hassan Vadaei Pour Naseri was tried by a judge of Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Mashhad. He was convicted of "enmity against God" and "acting against national security through connections with hostile states" and sentenced to a total of 20 years in prison, along with exile to Sabzevar Prison. After serving part of his sentence there, he was transferred to Mashhad Prison.
In April 2011, Hassan Vadaei Pour was arrested by security forces for "dancing and chanting Arab national slogans on Arbaeen Day," "graffiti by a group of Arab youths," and "calling on people to boycott the parliamentary elections." He was taken to the detention center of the Khuzestan Province Intelligence Department, where he was interrogated and charged.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به تاریخ جمعه ۲۳ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۴، طی روزهای اخیر، حسن ودایی پور ناصری ، اهل شهرستان شوش دانیال از توابع استان خوزستان، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان مرکزی وکیل آباد مشهد، به سلول انفرادی منتقل شده است.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”انتقال آقای ودایی پور به سلول انفرادی در پی دستور رئیس حفاظت زندان وکیل آباد و پس از تماس تلفنی این زندانی سیاسی اززندان و پیگیری خبر خودسوزی احمد بالدی، شهروندی که در اهواز خودسوزی کرده بود صورت گرفته و پس از انتقال به سلول انفرادی از حق تماس و حتی ملاقات با خانواده خود هم محروم شده است.”
لازم به ذکر است، حسن و دایی پور ناصری ، در فروردین ماه ۱۳۹۱، مراحل دادرسی، توسط قاضی شعبه یک دادگاه انقلاب مشهد، محاکمه و از بابت اتهام«محاربه با خدا» و «اقدام علیه امنیت ملی از طریق ارتباط با دووَل متخاصم در مجموع به تحمل ۲۰ سال حبس تعزیری توام با تبعید به زندان سبزوار محکوم شد و پس از تحمل بخشی از حبس خود در آن زندان به زندان مشهد منتقل شد.
حسن ودایی پور، در فروردین ماه ۱۳۹۰، به علت «پایکوبی و سرودن شعارهای ملی عربی در روز اربعین حسینی»، «دیوارنویسی توسط عده ای از جوانان عرب» و «دعوت مردم به تحریم انتخابات مجلس»، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان خوزستان و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و بازپرسی تفهیم اتهام شده بود.
