لطفعلی یوسفیان کارمند، بر اثر استنشاقِ گاز اشک آورِ پرتاب شده در جریان اعتراضاتِ خیابانی خرداد ۱۳۸۸، جانِ خود را از دست داد.
وی در ۲۵ خرداد ۱۳۸۸ بر اثر استنشاق گاز اشک آور شیمیایی مسموم شده و در تیر ماه در بیمارستان ابن سینا درگذشت.

An Iranian employee, Lotfali Yousafian, passed away due to inhalation of tear gas that was deployed during street protests in June 2009.
He was poisoned by inhaling chemical tear gas on 15 June 2009 (25 Khordad 1388) and died in June/July 2009 (Tir 1388) at Ebn-e-Sina Hospital.
