Reports indicate that Hassan Shadab, a resident of Oshnavieh, was arrested on 26 December 2025 to serve his prison sentence and was transferred to the local prison. It has been stated that his arrest was to enforce part of his three-year prison sentence.
Hassan Shadab was tried by the Revolutionary Court judge in Oshnavieh and was sentenced to three years in prison on charges of collaborating with an opposition party and propaganda against the regime.
This individual was arrested by security forces on 7 July 2025. Following a search of his home and the confiscation of some personal belongings, he was transferred to a detention centre in West Azerbaijan Province. After the completion of interrogation and investigation procedures, he was released from Oshnavieh prison some time later.
براساس گزارش ها، حسن شاداب، اهل شهرستان اشنویه، در 6 دی ماه 1404 برای سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری خود بازداشت و به زندان آن شهرستان منتقل شد. گفته شده است که دستگیری وی به منظور اجرای بخشی از حکم حبس تعزیری 3 سال خود انجام شده است.
حسن شاداب در مراحل دادرسی توسط قاضی دادگاه انقلاب اشنویه محاکمه و به اتهام همکاری با یکی از احزاب اپوزیسیون و تبلیغ علیه نظام به تحمل 3 سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
این شهروند در 16 تیر ماه 1404 توسط نیروهای امنیتی دستگیر و پس از تفتیش منزل و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی به بازداشتگاهی در استان آذربایجان غربی منتقل شد. پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی و بازپرسی، وی مدتی بعد از زندان شهرستان اشنویه آزاد شده بود.
