In recent days, Amirhossein Mohsenipour, Hamid Dastvaneh, and Mehdi Karami were sentenced to eight years of imprisonment by Branch 102 of the Criminal Court 2 of Boyer-Ahmad County. The charges against them and others who were tried with them include "forming a group and preparing weapons with the intention of opposing the regime," "insulting religious sanctities," "insulting the leadership," "money laundering through committing crimes against the regime," "possession of illegal weapons," "collaborating with hostile governments with the aim of acting against the regime," "cooperating with opposition groups abroad," "encouraging citizens and military and security forces to revolt," and "planning an armed attack on the capital with the support of foreign groups."
Amirhossein Mohseni was arrested on June 23, 2025, by intelligence officers in Dehdasht County. After undergoing interrogation, investigation, and being charged, he was transferred to Dehdasht prison. He was released on bail on August 20, 2025.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران در شنبه ۲۲آذر ماه ۱۴۰۴، طی روزهای اخیر، امیرحسین محسنی پور، حمید دستوانه و مهدی کرمی، در شعبه ۱۰۲ دادگاه کیفری ۲ شهرستان بویراحمد در به تحمل ۸ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. از بابت اتهامات وارد شده و دیگر افرادی که با او محاکمه شدند «تشکیل گروه و تهیه سلاح با قصد مقابله با نظام»، «توهین به مقدسات»، «توهین به رهبری»، «پولشویی از طریق ارتکاب جرایم علیه نظام»، «حمل سلاح غیرمجاز»، «ارتباط با دولت های متخاصم با هدف اقدام علیه نظام»، «همکاری با گروه های معاند خارج نشین»، «تشویق شهروندان و نیروهای نظامی و امنیتی به شورش» و «برنامه ریزی برای حمله مسلحانه به پایتخت با حمایت گروه های خارجی» گفته شده است.
امیرحسین محسنی هم در تاریخ ۲ تیرماه ۱۴۰۴، توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات شهرستان دهدشت، بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها، بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام، به زندان دهدشت منتقل در تاریخ ۲۹ مردادماه ۱۴۰۴، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
