Ebrahim Qayoumi was killed by a gunshot wound to the head. Due to the street being blocked by security forces, it was not possible to transport him directly to the hospital by car. His only son carried him on his shoulders to the hospital.
Ebrahim Qayoumi was a wealthy and well-regarded fishmonger in Gilan. He did not join the protests due to economic issues but participated to advocate for a free Iran and to improve the living conditions of his fellow citizens. It has been reported that he was shot while trying to rescue an injured person.
Ebrahim was from the village of Hasan Rud and was respected by the community. Security forces did not allow his family to post any announcements for him and threatened the entire family.
ابراهیم قیومی با اصابت گلوله جنگی به سرش کشته شده است. به دلیل بسته بودن خیابان توسط ماموران امنیتی، امکان انتقال مستقیم او به بیمارستان با ماشین وجود نداشت. تنها پسرش او را بر دوش گرفت و به بیمارستان رساند.
ابراهیم قیومی فردی متمول و از سماک های ماهی فروشان خوش نام گیلان بود. او به دلیل مشکلات اقتصادی به اعتراضات نپیوسته بود، بلکه برای ایرانی آزاد و بهبود وضعیت زندگی هم وطنان خود در اعتراضات شرکت کرده بود. گفته شده است که او زمانی هدف گلوله قرار گرفت که در حال نجات یک مجروح بود.
ابراهیم اهل روستای حسن رود بود و مورد احترام مردم قرار داشت. نیروهای امنیتی به خانواده او اجازه ندادند برایش اعلامیه بزنند و تمام خانواده را تهدید کردند.
