Reports indicate that following the death of Mohammad Hassanzadeh, the security forces of the Islamic Republic identified Mohammad Shahriari.
Shahriar Mohammadi, described as a deceased protester, was a young athlete and family caretaker who studied up to the second semester of university but withdrew due to financial difficulties. It is said that he was among the first leaders in Bukan during the protests, guiding the demonstrators.
According to available information, on Wednesday, 16 November, after a confrontation with an individual associated with Mohammad Hassanzadeh and the arrival of other government forces, he was forced to flee and reached a hospital.
Subsequent reports suggest that Shahriar Mohammadi participated in protests following the burial of Mohammad Hassanzadeh, was identified, and pursued by intelligence forces of the Revolutionary Guards.
According to these reports, on the evening of 17 November, Shahriar Mohammadi took several injured individuals, who had been directly targeted by government forces, to unofficial medical practitioners. One of them, named Asad Enayati, passed away. On the evening of 18 November, security forces pursued him at a location near the exit of Bukan city, and after his car veered off course, they shot at him. He remained alive for half an hour but died after being transferred to the hospital.
Reports show that when Mohammadi's family went to the hospital, government forces attacked them, severely injuring his brother Milad and harming his mother. They were then threatened that Shahriar's body would be sent to Urmia or buried at night. He was buried at night accompanied by 10 vehicles of officers.

شهریار محمدی، متولد 5 اردیبهشت 1373، به عنوان یک معترض جان باخته توصیف شده است. او جوانی ورزشکار و مراقب خانواده بود که تا ترم دوم دانشگاه تحصیل کرد اما به دلیل مشکلات مالی انصراف داد. گفته شده است که او جزو اولین لیدرهای بوکان در اعتراضات بود و معترضان را هدایت می کرد.
بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، در روز چهارشنبه 25 آبان، پس از درگیری با فردی مرتبط با محمد حسن زاده و رسیدن سایر نیروهای حکومتی، مجبور به فرار شد و خود را به بیمارستان رساند.
در ادامه، گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که شهریار محمدی در اعتراضات پس از خاک سپاری محمد حسن زاده حضور یافت و شناسایی شد و تحت تعقیب نیروهای اطلاعات سپاه قرار گرفت.
بر اساس این گزارش، شهریار محمدی در شامگاه 26 آبان تعدادی از زخمی شدگان را که هدف تیر مستقیم نیروهای حکومتی قرار گرفته بودند، نزد پزشکان غیررسمی برد و یکی از آنها به نام اسعد عنایتی جان باخت. در شامگاه 27 آبان، نیروهای امنیتی او را در محلی در سمت خروجی شهر بوکان تعقیب کردند و پس از انحراف ماشینش، او را هدف تیراندازی قرار دادند. او تا نیم ساعت زنده بود اما پس از انتقال به بیمارستان جان باخت.
گزارش ها نشان می دهد که وقتی خانواده محمدی به بیمارستان رفتند، نیروهای حکومتی به آنها حمله کردند و برادرش میلاد به شدت زخمی شد و مادرش نیز آسیب دید. سپس تهدید شدند که جنازه شهریار به ارومیه فرستاده خواهد شد یا به طور شبانه دفن می شود. او با همراهی 10 ماشین مأمور به طور شبانه دفن شد.
