طبق اطلاعات رسیده، رویا رستگار، شهروند ۳۳ ساله اصفهانی و دانشجوی تربیت بدنی، در تاریخ 21 دی 1404 با یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزلش بازداشت شده است. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که رویا رستگار پس از درگذشت پدر و مادرش سرپرستی دو خواهر کوچک تر خود را برعهده گرفته بود و با آن ها زندگی می کرد. نیروهای امنیتی در تاریخ 21 دی با حمله به منزل مسکونی این سه خواهر در اصفهان، پس از بازداشت رویا رستگار، تمامی لوازم ارتباطی از جمله تلفن های همراه و لپ تاپ های هر سه خواهر را ضبط کرده و با خود برده اند. گفته شده است که رویا رستگار طی بیش از یک ماه گذشته هیچ تماسی با اعضای خانواده یا اطرافیانش نداشته و نهاد بازداشت کننده و محل نگهداری او نیز مشخص نیست. خانواده و اطرافیان رویا رستگار تحت فشار بوده اند تا خبر بازداشت او رسانه ای نشود.
According to received information, Roya Rastgar, a 33-year-old citizen of Isfahan and a physical education student, was arrested at her home by security forces on 21 Dey 1404. Reports indicate that Roya Rastgar had taken responsibility for her two younger sisters following the passing of their parents and lived with them. On 21 Dey, security forces raided the residence of the three sisters in Isfahan, arresting Roya Rastgar and confiscating all communication devices, including mobile phones and laptops, belonging to the sisters. It has been reported that Roya Rastgar has not had any contact with her family or acquaintances for over a month, and the detaining authority and her place of detention remain unknown. Roya Rastgar's family and acquaintances have been under pressure to prevent the news of her arrest from being publicised.
