According to available information, Peyman Golvani, a resident of Mahabad, passed away on 9 July 2023 at Khomeini Hospital in Urmia. He had been under intensive care after being transferred from the Urmia Intelligence Detention Centre to the hospital due to a lack of consciousness and falling into a coma.
Reports indicate that Peyman Golvani was transferred to the hospital on 5 July 2023. It has been stated that security officers informed his family that he fell into a coma due to a "fall from a height." During his hospitalisation, two security officers were present, and visitors were not allowed to see him.
Currently, following a complaint filed by Peyman Golvani's family and the prosecutor's office not permitting the release of his body, it is being held in the morgue, and relatives have not been allowed to view it.
Peyman Golvani was arrested by security forces at his family home in Mahabad on 25 June 2023 and transferred to the Urmia Intelligence Detention Centre. Precise details regarding the reasons for his arrest and any potential charges against him are not available.

بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، پیمان گلوانی، اهل مهاباد، در تاریخ ۱۸ تیر ۱۴۰۲ در بیمارستان خمینی ارومیه جان باخته است. وی پس از انتقال از بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات ارومیه به بیمارستان، به دلیل عدم هوشیاری و رفتن به کما، تحت مراقبت های ویژه قرار داشت.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که پیمان گلوانی از تاریخ ۱۴ تیر ۱۴۰۲ به بیمارستان منتقل شده بود. گفته شده است که ماموران امنیتی به خانواده او اعلام کرده اند که وی به دلیل "سقوط از ارتفاع" به کما رفته است. در مدت بستری شدن، دو نفر از ماموران امنیتی در بیمارستان حضور داشته و اجازه ملاقات به اطرافیان داده نشده بود.
در حال حاضر، با طرح شکایت خانواده پیمان گلوانی و عدم اجازه ترخیص جسد توسط دادستانی، جسد وی در سردخانه نگهداری می شود و اجازه دیدن جسد به نزدیکان داده نشده است.
پیمان گلوانی در تاریخ ۴ تیر ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در منزل خانوادگی خود در مهاباد بازداشت و به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات ارومیه منتقل شده بود. اطلاعات دقیقی از دلایل بازداشت و اتهامات احتمالی علیه وی در دسترس نیست.
