On 9 January 2026, Abolfazl Tavousi, a 20-year-old only child, was killed by a direct shot from a military bullet to the back of his head from a Basij base.

پیکر ابوالفضل طاوسی در تاریخ ۲۰ دی به خاک سپرده شد.
