Shohreh Mohammadi, a psychotherapist with two practices and counselling clinics in the cities of Isfahan and Shiraz, has been sentenced by a branch of the Isfahan Revolutionary Court to a total of 15 years in prison on charges of "collaboration with hostile governments" and "acting against national security." This sentence was reduced to 12 years after an appeal.
The only evidence presented against Shohreh Mohammadi during the security case proceedings was the content of several stories published on her personal account.
On 25 March 2026, agents from the Ministry of Intelligence, under the guise of "anti-narcotics officers," searched Shohreh Mohammadi's home and arrested her.
Shohreh Mohammadi was held in solitary confinement for 20 days without contact with her family and was then transferred to Dolatabad Prison in Isfahan. She has not been granted any leave since her detention.
شهره محمدی، روان درمانگر، دارای دو مطب و کلینیک مشاوره در شهرهای اصفهان و شیراز، توسط یکی از شعب دادگاه انقلاب اصفهان بابت اتهام «همکاری با دول متخاصم» و «اقدام علیه امنیت ملی» مجموعاً به ۱۵ سال حبس محکوم شده است که این حکم پس از تسلیم به رای به ۱۲ سال کاهش یافته است.
تنها مصداق مطروحه علیه شهره محمدی در طول پرونده سازی امنیتی، محتوای چند استوری منتشرشده در حساب شخصی اش بوده است.
وی روز چهارشنبه ۵ فروردین ۱۴۰۵ (۲۵ مارس ۲۰۲۶)، نیروهای وزارت اطلاعات با مراجعه فریبکارانه و معرفی خود تحت عنوان «مأمور مبارزه با مواد مخدر»، اقدام به تفتیش منزل شهره محمدی کرده و او را بازداشت کرده اند.
شهره محمدی به مدت ۲۰ روز در سلول انفرادی نگه داشته شده و هیچ ارتباطی با خانواده نداشته و پس از ۲۰ روز به زندان دولت آباد اصفهان منتقل شده و تاکنون از حق مرخصی برخوردار نبوده است.
