Ayoub Abdollahi

Ayoub Abdollahi, 24 years old, a resident of the Qokh neighbourhood of Saghez City, was hit by a bullet by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran during the uprising of "Women Life Freedom" on 11 October 2022. He lost sight of his right eye due to the severity of the injuries.
In a video of this protester that is available on social networks, he says that after being hit by bullets in his eye, he went to Imam Khomeini, Shafa and Saqqez Social Security Hospitals. Still, none of them was willing to accept him.

He had to go to Nikokari Hospital in Tabriz, where he underwent surgery, but he did not consent to the complete evacuation of the eye.
He later fled Iran to protect himself after hearing the news of the arrest of his friends. In the video sent in July 2023, Ayoub announced his undecided situation abroad and requested help from international organizations to follow up on his treatment and residence status.
