آرش (ارشد) صیادمنصور، جوانی از خرم آباد لرستان بود؛ در قیام سراسری مردم ایران در سال ۱۴۰۱ ، آرش به جمع جوانان قیام کنندگان پیوست. توسط نیروهای نیروهای امنیتی ربوده شد. چند روز بعد، در یکشنبه ۴ دی ۱۴۰۱ بر اثر شـــ.کنجه ی شدید، جان خود را از دست داد.
او در تهران به عنوان کارگر ساختمانی مشغول به کار بود؛ پیکر او در روستای قالبی سفلی از توابع خرم آباد به خاک سپرده شد.
