محمد عرب دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد مهندسی شیمی دانشگاه نوشیروانی و دبیر انجمن فرهنگ و تمدن اسلامی این دانشگاه که پیشتر در ۳۱ شهریور ماه 1401 بازداشت و پس از گذشت ۹ روز با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شده بود.
در مدت چند هفته ای از آزادی او نهادهای اطلاعاتی از وارد کردن هیچ فشار روانی ای به وی و خانواده اش فروگذار نکرده و با احضار، تماس های تهدیدآمیز مکرر و انواع آزارهای دیگر قصد برهم زدن آرامش و امنیت او را داشته اند.
پس از بازداشت مجدد وی نیروهای اطلاعاتی به پدر محمد عرب اعلام کرده اند که نسبت به بازپس گیری وثیقه ی قرار پیشین اقدام کرده و دیگر پیگیر وضعیت پسرشان نباشند.
آنها صراحتا گفته اند که یا سال های طولانی در زندان خواهد ماند و یا درصورت خروج از زندان، جنازه ی او را تحویل خانواده خواهند داد.

َAfter being summoned by the Sepah (Revolutionary Guards) and attending this organization, he was re-arrested.
Mohamad Arab, a master's student in chemical engineering at Noshirvani University and the secretary of the Islamic Culture and Civilization Association of this university, who was previously arrested on September 22, 2022, and released after 9 days on bail.
During the few weeks of his freedom, intelligence agencies have not refrained from putting any psychological pressure on him and his family, and they have intended to disrupt his peace and security with summons, repeated threatening calls, and various other harassments.
After his re-arrest, the intelligence forces have told Mohammad Arab's father that they have taken action to reclaim the previous bail and should no longer follow up on their son's situation.
They have explicitly stated that he will either spend many years in prison or, if he leaves prison, they will deliver his corpse to the family.
