This case was formed following a complaint by the Judiciary's Information Protection against Salman Pourmireidi on August 6, 2024. به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز سه شنبه ۳۰ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۴، قاضی سلمان پورمریدی، فرزند روح الله، ساکن تهران، توسط بازپرس شعبه ۱ دادسرای ناحیه ۲۸ قضایی تهران کارکنان دولت ، تفهیم اتهام و با تودیع قرار وثیقه شد. در حالی که دستگاه قضایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مدعی مبارزه جدی با فساد اقتصادی است، تعلیق قاضی سلمان پورمریدی – چهره ای که صدها میلیارد تومان از اموال عمومی را به خزانه بازگرداند – نه تنها این ادعا را زیر سؤال برده، بلکه تصویری عمیق از تناقض، تبعیض، و ساختار معیوب در روند عدالت قضایی ایران به نمایش گذاشته است. واقعیت تلخ این است: در ایران، عدالت طلبی خود جرم تلقی می شود، آن هم به نام «تبلیغ علیه نظام»!.
براساس این گزارش، سلمان پورمریدی، پس از حضور در شعبه ۱ بازپرسی دادسرای ناحیه ۲۸ قضایی تهران، از بابت اتهامات «نشر اکاذیب در فضای مجازی» و «تبلیغی علیه نظام» تفهیم اتهام و پرونده وی به شعبه دادگاه ارجاع شده است.
این پرونده، در پی شکایت حفاظت اطلاعات قوه قضائیه از سلمان پورمریدی ـ بعنوان قاضی، در تاریخ ۱۵ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، بر علیه وی تشکیل شده و این قاضی دادگستری که پیشتر بعنوان رئیس شعبه ۸۳ دادگاه حقوقی مجتمع قضایی شهید مدرس تهران، در فضای مجازی، مطالبی را در شبکه اجتماعی شخصی خود در خصوص پرونده فساد چای دبش و طبری، منتشر کرده بود با این پرونده قضایی مواجه شده است.
