On 21 August 2023, an individual was detained by security forces while leaving home to pick up their child from school. During the operation, the individual's residence was searched, and electronic devices, books, and religious items were confiscated.
The first branch of the Semnan Revolutionary Court issued a ruling on 18 March 2024. The main charge against the individual was engaging in educational and promotional activities that were deemed contrary to or disruptive to the sacred principles of Islam or promoting opposition to the system through educational activities. The individual was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and a fine of approximately 24 million tomans. Additionally, supplementary penalties included a two-year ban on membership in groups and parties, a two-year prohibition on leaving the country, and mandatory participation in re-education classes aimed at reforming beliefs.
در تاریخ ۳۰ مرداد ۱۴۰۲، فردی هنگام خروج از منزل و در حال رفتن به مدرسه برای آوردن فرزندش توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد. در این عملیات، منزل وی تفتیش و وسایل الکترونیکی، کتب و لوازم مذهبی ضبط گردید.
شعبه یک دادگاه انقلاب سمنان در تاریخ ۲۷ اسفند ۱۴۰۲ حکم صادر کرد. اتهام اصلی وی فعالیت آموزشی و تبلیغی انحرافی مغایر یا مخل به شرع مقدس اسلام یا تبلیغ علیه نظام از طریق فعالیت های آموزشی اعلام شد. محکومیت وی شامل ۶ ماه حبس تعزیری و جزای نقدی به مبلغ حدود ۲۴ میلیون تومان بود. همچنین، مجازات های تکمیلی شامل دو سال ممنوعیت از عضویت در گروه ها و احزاب، دو سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور و شرکت اجباری در کلاس های فرقه درمانی برای بازآموزی عقاید تعیین گردید.
