Saadi Mazdagir, a resident of Dizaj Siavash near the city of Urmia, remains in uncertainty in the quarantine ward of Urmia Central Prison. Reports indicate that despite the completion of interrogations and charges being explained, a decision regarding the next stage of his case has not been made.
Saadi Mazdagir was arrested by security forces in West Azerbaijan Province on 20 September 2023. After being transferred to the detention centre of the General Directorate of Intelligence in Urmia and undergoing interrogation and charge explanation at the Urmia Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, he was moved to the quarantine ward of Urmia Central Prison.
سعدی مزدگیر، ساکن دیزج سیاوش از توابع شهر ارومیه، همچنان در بلاتکلیفی در بند قرنطینه زندان مرکزی ارومیه به سر می برد. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که با وجود اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، تصمیم گیری برای مرحله بعدی پرونده او صورت نگرفته است.
سعدی مزدگیر در تاریخ ۲۹ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در استان آذربایجان غربی بازداشت شد. پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات در ارومیه و طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام در شعبه بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ارومیه، به بند قرنطینه زندان مرکزی ارومیه منتقل شد.
