According to reports, on 8 April 2025, Chiako Qorbaei, a resident of Kordestan Province, was tried in the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj. The charges against him included "propaganda against the regime" and "disturbing public order and peace."
The reasons cited for these charges included "carrying symbols associated with Komala," "singing the Internationale and other political songs," and "participating in the funeral of Dayeh Farasat Jafar Qeshlaqei."
Chiako Qorbaei had previously presented his defence during the investigation phase. On 28 January 2025, he was arrested by security forces in Sanandaj and, after interrogation and being informed of the charges, was released on bail on 2 February of the same year.

دلایلی که برای این اتهامات عنوان شده شامل "حمل نمادهای وابسته به کومه له"، "خواندن سرود اینترناسیونال و دیگر سرودهای سیاسی" و "شرکت در مراسم خاک سپاری دایه فراست جعفر قشلاقی" بوده است.
چیاکو قربه ای پیشتر در مرحله بازپرسی دفاعیات خود را ارائه کرده بود. در تاریخ 8 بهمن 1403، او توسط نیروهای امنیتی در سنندج دستگیر و پس از بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام، در تاریخ 13 بهمن همان سال با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد.
