Seraj Kurd Kosha, born in 1994, son of Khodabakhsh, from Mohammadabad, a district of Khash, has been held without charge in Zahedan Central Prison for over nine months since his arrest.
A knowledgeable source reported that Mr. Kurd Kosha has been held without charge in Ward 9 of Zahedan Central Prison for ten months since his arrest.
It is noteworthy that Seraj Kurd Kosha was arrested on December 7, 2022, following a raid by security forces on his workplace, during which some of his personal belongings were searched and seized. He was then transferred to a detention center of a security agency in Zahedan, the capital of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, for the formation of a judicial case. After undergoing interrogation and being charged, he was moved to Ward 9 of Zahedan Central Prison.
It is also stated that the charges against Seraj Kurd Kosha are related to the nationwide protests of 2022 (Zahedan's Bloody Friday).

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از حال وش، امروز سه شنبه ۱۸ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، سراج کُرد کوشه، متولد: ۱۳۷۳، فرزند: خدابخش، اهل و ساکن محمدآباد از توابع شهرستان خاش، علیرغم گذشت بیش از ۹ ماه از تاریخ دستگیری بطور بلاتکلیف در زندان مرکزی زاهدان، بسر می برد.
در این گزارش، به نقل از یک فرد مطلع عنوان شده:”آقای کُرد کوشه، با توجه به گذشت ۱۰ ماه از زمان دستگیری بطور بلاتکلیف در بند ۹ زندان مرکزی زاهدان بسر میبرد.”
لازم به اشاره است، سراج کرد کوشه، در تاریخ ۱۶ آ ذر ماه ۱۴۰۱، پس از یورش نیروهای امنیتی به محل کسب وی و تفتیش و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی اش، بازداشت و برای تشکیل پرونده قضایی بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی در شهر زاهدان مرکز استان سیستان و بلوچستان، منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به بند ۹ زندان مرکزی زاهدان، منتقل شد.
همچنین، گفته می شود اتهامات تفهیم شده به سراج کُرد کوشه، مرتبط با اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱( جمعه خونین زاهدان) بوده است.
