آمنه قاسم زاده و پسرنوجوان وی، آریو مشرفی، در شهر نظرآباد توسط مأموران امنیتی بازداشت شده اند. از زمان بازداشت تاکنون هیچ اطلاعاتی درباره وضعیت آن ها در دست نیست.
به گفته منبع مطلع، دلیل بازداشت «ابراز خوشحالی از مرگ علی خامنه ای» اعلام شده است.
طبق این گزارش، اتهامات مطرح شده علیه این مادر و پسر «اجتماع و تبانی علیه نظام» و «همکاری با شبکه های معاند» عنوان شده و برای آن ها قرار بازداشت موقت یک ماهه صادر شده است. با این حال، هنوز شعبه رسیدگی کننده به پرونده آن ها تعیین نشده است.
پس از دستگیری آمنه قاسم زاده در بخش زنان زندان کچویی (پردیس کرج) نگهداری می شود و فرزندش آریو مشرفی نیز در بخش کانون همان زندان فرستاده شدند.
بنا بر آخرین خبر این مادر و فرزند با وثیقه از زندان آزاد شده اند.

Ameneh Ghasemzadeh and her son, Aryo Moshrefi, a 15-year-old teenager, were released on bail from Kachouei Prison in Karaj.
Ameneh Ghasemzadeh and her teenage son, Aryo Moshrefi, were arrested by security forces in Nazarabad. No information regarding their condition was available following their arrest.
According to an informed source, they were arrested for expressing happiness over the reported death of Ali Khamenei. They were charged with assembly and collusion against the state and cooperation with anti-government networks, and were placed in one month of pretrial detention. At the time, no court branch had been assigned to hear their case.
Following her arrest, Ameneh Ghasemzadeh was held in the women's ward of Kachouii Prison (Karaj Correctional Complex), while her son was held in the juvenile section of the same prison.
According to the latest reports, both mother and son have since been released on bail.
