Rasoul Mohammad Agha, a resident of the Kurdistan Region, was killed by direct gunfire from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on 29 October 2022. He had travelled to the village of Choman, a part of Baneh, to attend the memorial ceremony for Matleb Saeedpiro, one of the deceased from Baneh. Rasoul was born in 1991 and had a young son.
