ری را اسماعیلیون (۱۳۸۹-۱۳۹۸)، تنها فرزند حامد اسماعیلیون و پریسا اقبالیان، هر دو دندان پزشک و نویسنده، بود در کانادا پرورش یافت. در ۱۸ دی ۱۳۹۸، ری را در ۹ سالگی به همراه مادرش پریسا، در فاجعه ی شلیک موشک های پدافند سپاه پاسداران انقلاب به پرواز PS752 که منجر به سقوط این هواپیما شد، جان باختند. پس از این کشته شدن آنها حامد اسماعیلیون به یکی از چهره های اصلی دادخواهی تبدیل شد.

She was a passenger on Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752. On 8 January 2020, the aircraft, operating a scheduled passenger service from Tehran to Kyiv, was shot down shortly after takeoff by air defence missiles fired by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, killing all 176 people on board.
Rayra Esmaealion was the only child of Hamid Esmaealion and Parisa Eghbalian, both of whom were dentists and writers. She was raised in Canada. On 8 January 2020, Rayra, lost her life along with her mother, Parisa, in the incident involving the missile strike by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on flight PS752, which resulted in the aircraft's crash. Following their deaths, Hamid Ismailion became a prominent figure in the pursuit of justice.
