On Wednesday, May 8, 2024, Morteza Hadidi, born in 2001, single, and a resident of Lordegan in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, remains in temporary detention without access to the basic rights of a detainee, despite a significant amount of time having passed since his arrest.
It has been reported that 11 days have passed since Morteza Hadidi's initial arrest, and he remains in temporary detention without the right to contact anyone. Information about his whereabouts has also not been obtained during this period.
Morteza Hadidi was arrested in early May 2024 by agents of the IRGC Intelligence Organization in Lordegan and was transferred to their detention center for interrogation and the formation of a legal case.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز چهارشنبه ۱۹ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۳، مرتضی حدیدی، متولد: ۱۳۸۰، مجرد، اهل و ساکن شهرستان لردگان از توابع استان چهارمحال و بختیاری، علیرغم گذشت مدتی قابل توجه از تاریخ دستگیری از حقوق اولیه یک متهم، محروم تحت قرار بازداشت موقت بسر می برد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”مدت ۱۱ روز از بازداشت اولیه مرتضی حدیدی گذشته و او در بازداشت موقت و در محرومیت از حق تماس بسر می برد و حتی طی این مدت از مکان نگهداری وی هم اطلاعی بدست نیامده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، مرتضی حدیدی، اوایل اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران در شهرستان لردگان، بازداشت و برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی منتقل شده است.
